Delivery time vary depending on products, the quantity of gifts products ordered and the time of the year. Artwork time is not inclusive of the production timeline. The timeline is calculated after artwork confirmation and received the deposit.
In general, the delivery time for the order is indicated on the product page. Just scroll to the bottom of the product page.
If you are ordering ready stock or ex-stock products without any logo customisation, the delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 working days.
Our custom-made product lead times are generally 1 to 4 weeks from the time the order is finalised with artwork and after payment is received. We understand that some organisations have lengthy vendor onboarding processes or long payment lead times, so we encourage you to start that process as early as possible, well before the design process is completed.
If you are placing a large order or a special custom made gift, do contact us, and we will let you how long it will take to produce the gifts.
Do also let us know if you need a rush order, and we will do everything possible to meet your desired delivery date. We have been known to work miracles every now and then.

We have no minimum order for most products. Do let us know if you require a lower quantity order for the products you like to order. Our sales representative will quote the products you need at a special price.
A 50% deposit payment is required at the time the order is finalized. The remaining balance is to be paid before the gifts ship or collect. Payment are to be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Payment by cheque will need at least 3 working days for clearance.
Goods can be collected/delivered once payment is cleared. Ready stock goods are subject to availability upon final confirmation of order with payment. We can only arrange your order after deposit is paid.
We understand that some organizations have longer lead times to onboard new suppliers or make payments, so we encourage you to start that process as early as possible, even before the design phase is complete.
Once the order is confirmed, you will need to send us your logo artwork files us in ai. We will proceed with free artwork placement for you to approve before we proceed to production.
We will import your logo to fit into our product artwork in actual size (Scale 1:1). Placement artwork is free.
If I do not have artwork ai files, or if your logo is not clear, we can help you reproduce the artwork with a small fee.
Artwork confirmation seems simple, but in fact, sometimes it can be a long process. We encourage you to start as early as possible as some organisation has a lengthy process for artwork approval.
We give free delivery within Klang Valley when the total order is at least RM500.
We required an additional 1 to 2 working days to deliver the products to your doorstep from the normal quoted delivery time.
For West Malaysia, delivery charges is counted by weight and volumetric size. Generally delivery charges is approx RM10 to RM20 per carton.
