How to make an orders?

You can add an order in the cart for faster processing.

Can I order by phone?

You order by phone and we will send you confirmation of order via email or whatsapp.

Can I cancel my order?

Once order is paid or when the artwork is approved, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check carefully all order details before the confirmation of order.

Can I get discount for bulk purchase?

Please contact our customer service for special discount.

Can I return the goods?

The items is personalised items so we are unable to accept returns. Order cannot be refunded or returned once order is placed. If the product is damage during transport, please contact our customer service. We would rectify and replaced you with a new one. Please take picture of the defective items and do not discard the original packaging box.

How do I pay for my order?

Local Bank Transfer - Send via Giro and please send us the slip after transfer.

Local Cheques - For local orders only and must be cleared before any order is made and delivered.

Oversea Bank Transfer - All bank charges will be bear by customer side

Paypal - Applicable for all international and local orders. (No applicable for agent orders or special orders)

Order will be processed after confirmation from bank only. If payment is made via cheque, please allow additional 3 working days for bank clearance before order processing.

Is the payment credit card secure?

How long does it take to order the items?

The delivery time is calculated by adding production time + shipping time.

What is the cut off time?

Order confirmed after 3pm is consider next working days order.

What is production time?

Production will begin after confirmation of artwork and payment only. Kindly note special order items takes longer time for delivery. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday is not counted as working days. Production days varies depending on product type and quantity order.

Depending on quantity of order, most prefix made projects can be done in 5 working days for small order quantity while some may take up to 2 to 4 weeks. Complex design and structural objects will take more time in production. Always check if customer service if your artwork is complicated.

The first day placing the order is not counted as production time.

What is Shipping time?

Local orders delivery time is next working day

International order delivery time is 1 to 3 working days and subject to the terms and condition of the courier company.

Does it take a longer time to process bulk order?

For bulk purchase, additional days is required. We will confirmed the delivery time at the point for order confirmation.

Do you process the order during holidays?

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not counted as working days for production.

Do you send goods on weekends?

Please check with the courier company to enquire the delivery time. Normal delivery time is Monday to Saturday and subject to the terms and condition of the courier company.

What time will my goods arrived?

All parcel will be dispatched during normal working hours only and subject to the terms and condition of the courier company.

Can I self collect my goods?

You can self collect the products at our company at the below working hours.
Mon—Fri 9:00am—5:00pm

What if I do not received the products?

The delivery address must be a valid address. Please check carefully the delivery address and correct postal code. Please contact the courier company with the tracking number provided to you. Please take note delivery may be longer during the festive and holiday season. If you still unable to track it, do contact our customer service.

What is the courier company used for Malaysia destination?

Local orders are usually send out via Gdexpress or Poslaju. Shipping time for majority key town is next working days.
